Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that all items are returned in their original condition.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered
Have all original tags, labels, and authenticity seals intact if included
Be returned with original packaging, including dust bags and boxes
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Sale or discounted items (marked as Final Sale)
Underwear, swimwear, and hosiery
Customized or made-to-order items
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Right to Refuse Service
Handpick reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service to any individual or entity at any time. We are under no obligation to engage in transactions or provide services to any person or business.

Handpick makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product images and descriptions accurately reflect the items offered for sale. Please be aware that variations in screen displays and device settings may affect colour representation. We recommend visiting our store in person where possible to view items firsthand.

Authentication
Handpick utilises Entrupy and Bababebi to authenticate all handbags. In addition, every item undergoes an initial assessment by our in-house authentication team before being submitted for third-party verification.
We take all reasonable measures to ensure that every item sold, both in-store and online, is 100% authentic. Should any item fail authentication, it will not be listed for sale and will be destroyed in accordance with our internal procedures.
